All Castle visits are by appointment only. To see if your dates are available, or to schedule a viewing with one of our Event Managers,  call 253-584-4393 or send us an email at info@thornewoodcastle.com. You can also submit a request to our wedding team here.

We do not put any dates on hold. A signed contract with a $1,000 down payment is needed to officially book your date. 

Once your date is set, let the planning begin! To help in your planning process, we can provide you with a list of preferred vendors. 

About one month prior to your wedding, we will have you come back for a final walk-through appointment. This is your opportunity to bring your vendors to see the space as we decide on your Plan A and Plan B for setup.
